Crêpes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup of cold water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of orange liquor, ron or cognac
- 1 cup of flour
- 5 tablespoons of melted butter
Preparation
- Put all the ingredientes in the same order as the list on a recipient and mix with an electric mixer.
- Cover the mixture and put inside the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably all night.
- Heat a pan, grease it with butter and start making crêpes.
Tips
- Instead of orange liquor, ron or cognac, a pair of tablespoons of muscatel also gives a good taste.
- The resulting amount of crêpes is relatively small (no more than 20).
